The drum container for this spill kit keeps the absorbents clean,dry and ready for use when needed. A clip top lid and a metal handle make for easy portability and quick deployment. This kit is equipped to deal with a smaller battery acid spill. 

Spill kit’s contents include:

10 x Pads size 38 cm x 46 cm (15” x 18”)

The pads in this spill kit are medium weight sonic bonded meltblown polypropylene Chemical. They feature excellent wicking properties and sonic bond points that prevent stray fibres from becoming detached.

2 x Socks size 8 cm x 1.2 m (3” x 4’)

These socks feature a spun-bond outer sleeve with a durable stitched seam. The core is a next generation absorbent that will recover aggressive and unknown spills. Durable plastic clips seal the sock at both ends.

1 x Waste Bags

These are made from a tough grade of polythene. There is also a cable tie supplied so that the waste can be secured safely.

1 x 1kg Acid/base neutraliser

Neutralizing an acidic or caustic material during spill cleanup makes the material safer to handle and dramatically reduces disposal costs..

1 pair of gloves

Waterproof gloves help to ensure safe handling of spilled substance.

1 pair of goggles

All-in one clear goggles provide eye protection from splashes.

1 Tyvek HazMat suit

A protective full length suit that can be disposed of once used.
